The staff were friendly and the location was perfect for exploring the city. The room was clean and quiet, and the bathroom had great toiletries. We also appreciated the 24-hour Nespresso machine in the lobby, which was perfect for our coffee addiction. Plus, the hotel was close to trendy restaurants in Surry Hills.
Felt totally relaxed, no complaint.

Convenient location, 10 min train from airport, 5 min walk from station. Friendly reception, offered refreshments. Modern and relaxed environment, perfect for return trip. Coffee/tea and fresh fruit/rolls available 24/7 in lobby. Great value for money, attention to detail, cleanliness. Nice cafes nearby.

The hotel was conveniently located near public transport, making it easy to get around. There were plenty of eateries nearby and everything we needed was close by with great selection.
The grab-and-go breakfast options were quite limited and not very satisfying.

As I arrived at this venue, I was impressed by how close it was to the train station! This place is located within 5 minutes walking distance from the station. The staff were on night shift, and they were very welcoming and accommodating. Additionally, the hotel amenities, including dry cleaning and 24-hour room service, were top-notch. There were also several leisure facilities available such as free Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, and a gym. In terms of room amenities, there were ironing facilities and in-room safe, and the carpeted floors felt comfortable under my feet. The staff provided excellent service and made me feel right at home.
This venue is suitable for families, and I'd recommend it without any negative aspects.

The hotel had a trendy and well-executed design, with a lovely lobby. The room layout was excellent, making the small space feel spacious. The shower was great and the inclusion of an iPad with music and a useful local-area guide was appreciated. The staff were helpful and cute, and the location was convenient, being within walking distance to the city center. the provision of complimentary breakfast in the lobby and generous availability of free coffee and bottled water were fantastic.
The room was fairly small, although it was clean. The bathroom had all-glass walls with curtains for privacy, but I had trouble keeping them closed when the sliding door shut, which could be awkward if not with close friends or family.

The coffee machine in the common room was a treat. The free breakfast was an added bonus. I loved how they delivered food from local restaurants in the vicinity. The check-in was smooth, and the staff was very cute and friendly. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
